White Lake State Park - 94 State Park Rd, Tamworth, NH 03886 603-323-7350
White Lake State Park offers some of the best swimming in the White Mountain region. The park lies along the shore of White Lake, which is an example of a typical glacial lake. During the Ice Age, glacial ice was buried beneath glacial till or debris. When the ice melted, a depression was created which gradually filled with water. Guests are welcome to enjoy a leisurely walk around the lake on a well-maintained foot path while looking for loons or signs of beaver activity, try their hand at the good trout fishing the lake provides or check out one of our types of boat rentals. The park offers a day-use area, group areas, and a campground with family campsites as well as youth group sites.
The Pavilion Area:
The pavilion can provide space for 50 people. The structure is attached to the beach store near the boat rental shed overlooking White Lake and mountains in the background. The parking lot, beach and restrooms are shared with the general public. The pavilion includes picnic tables, a large group grill, trash cans and electricity. Along with easy access to the beach, there is a trail that surrounds the pond for our guests to enjoy. The pavilion rate is listed below.
The fee for the pavilion is listed below.
Rental Fee:
There is a $250 use fee charged upon reservation online, which covers the first 50 guests attending. The pavilion can provide space for 50 guests, Please be sure that all guests inform staff upon entry that they are with a pavilion rental.
