FAQs DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS? - Our barn reception area can be rented for private use if you have a group of 15 or more and would like to secure covered seating. HOW DO I ORDER MY PIZZA/FOOD/DRINKS? - Place your order with the bartenders for all food and drinks. - You will receive a pizza order number corresponding to the brick oven's digital numbers. - When your number is present, you can place it in the bin at the oven and pick up your pizza. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? - Cash or credit/debit cards. WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE WHILE I WAIT FOR MY PIZZA? - We have significant green space for lawn activities and a covered sandbox, playground, and GaGa ball. - We feature a variety of live music starting at 6 pm. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PIZZA? - Every pizza is made from scratch on a first come, first served basis. - Depending on the time you arrive and the amount of people, wait times can vary (believe us, it's worth the wait). - Here's a guide to wait times based on a typical summer evening: - 4 pm -- Approximately 10 minutes - 4 pm to 5 pm -- Approximately 25 minutes - 5 pm to 8 pm -- Approximately 60-90 minutes - 8 pm to close -- Approximately 30 minutes WHAT MAKES YOUR PIZZA SO SPECIAL? - It starts with the ingredients--hand-tossed dough, a sauce made from San Marzano tomatoes, Wisconsin cheese, and locally sourced veggies (when available). - Then, we expertly bake it at high heat in our hand-crafted brick oven until beautifully bubbly on top with a char-speckled crust. - No two pizzas are ever alike. - It's truly a one-of-a-kind experience. - NOTE: we also have a 10" Gluten Free crust option. CAN I BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGES? - Due to Wisconsin State Law, you cannot bring food or beverages. - A few exceptions: You may bring baby milk/formula or food. - If you're celebrating a birthday or other special event, you can bring a prepackaged, store-bought cake. - We do not provide forks or plates. CAN I BRING MY PETS? - Leashed pets are permitted outside buildings and away from the playground area. - If deemed a distraction or disruptive to others, you may be asked to remove your pet from the gathering. - If you are staying in one of our lodging options that allow pets, your pet must be kenneled. - Visit our lodging page for more info. CAN I BRING A LAWN CHAIR OR SOMETHING ELSE TO SIT ON? - Absolutely! We have limited seating (both indoor and outdoor) available, but feel free to bring your chair for flexibility to move around after dining. - Other families will appreciate the shared amenities if a table can be made available. CAN I ORDER FOR CARRY OUT OR DELIVERY? - We do not deliver; unfortunately, we no longer process call-in orders due to quality over extended periods. - We recommend coming early to place a carryout order due to the possible fast turnaround. - All pizzas are ready for pick up in a pizza box. Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in after 12 p.m. (noon) on the day of arrival. - Preferred arrival is by 3 pm. - Please call if you are arriving later. - Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. - Please make arrangements before 10 a.m. if you stay an extra night. - Arrival time is 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. - Sign-in is required of all guests upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Tables - Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite. RV Guests - Pets allowed. - Large area outdoor rugs are prohibited on campsites. - A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs. - Guest to assume all wild animals native to Wisconsin are present on property; ask for details. Vehicle policy - Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite. - All vehicles must display a valid Campground parking permit. - A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at the owner's expense. - Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). Visitors - Day or night visitors must register at the Campground Office and purchase a parking permit. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 10 M.P.H. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Parents are always responsible for their children's safety and behavior. - Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in any industrial building or storage shed, on/in equipment or log piles. Pet Policy - Pets are limited to dogs/cats. - Additional cleaning fee of $10/night for cabins that allow pets - Pets must always be on a leash and may not be left unattended at the campsite. - No pets allowed in restaurant/bar areas. - Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences. - Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner and properly disposed of in the correct garbage container. Restrooms and Showers - The "Showerhouse" is open 24/7. - Due to Board of Health Regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms. Fire Requirements at Campground - Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. - Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. - Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and the property. Garbage - Help us stay clean by sorting and bagging recyclables into proper containers and depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the Campground. - Complimentary garbage bags may be obtained at the Campground Store. Wood - Wood is provided onsite for a small fee; no transported wood is allowed. Deposits & Payments Initial Deposit - When booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
