-4 Adults plus 100 pounds of gear each (400 pounds of gear) 100 pounds of extra gear 2 canoes/kayaks (100 pounds per outrigger) 10 bundles of wood.
- The boat captain may determine that the gear limit has been reached. Should that happen you will need to pay for a 2nd transport.
These cabins are remote, boat access only. There is no vehicle access to these facilities.

- NO cellular phone service.
- NO Electricity. Lighting is by solar panels.
- NO vehicle road access.
- NO ready and immediate emergency services.
- NO shower or flush toilets. Outhouse only.
- NO potable water.
- Flush toilets, showers, and potable water are all available at the base camp.
- Reservations must be made for Monday night through Thursday night or Friday night through Sunday night. A combination of the two stays is permitted.
Campers must register at the Base Camp Office at Umbagog Lake State Park. All campers must call or arrive at the park before 4 PM to receive the combo lock for the cabins. To reach the park directly, please call 603-482-7795.
- You must bring your own bed sheets, blankets, or sleeping bags and pillow.
- Water and all other supplies must be brought with you to the cabin.
- Smoking or other combustible devices including Coleman or other propane lanterns are prohibited inside the cabin with the exception of the provided camp stove.
- The cabin does have solar power. Additional lighting from battery lantern, headlamps, or other lighting source is necessary.
- Pets are not permitted at the cabins.
- All trash must be taken with you when departing. A dumpster is available at base camp to dispose of your trash.
- Please be aware that there are 4 cabins and you will have neighbors.
- Wood and ice are available at the park office.
This cabin can only be accessed by boat and parking for vehicles will be available at the base camp. Also, 1 docking spot will be allowed per cabin for boat.
