NO OVERNIGHT USAGE ALLOWED - THIS SHELTER OR RECREATION BUILDING IS FOR DAY USE ONLY. Tents, dining flies, and other camping units are not allowed in shelter areas or recreation building areas. These are day-use facilities only and must be vacated each day by the designated check out time.

If Shelter or Rec building is rented for the purpose of a party, a wedding, a rehearsal or other large event, please contact the Park Office at 260-833-2012 to discuss arrangements for the event.

Receipt will serve as IN/OUT pass for balance of the stay

Cancellation 15 days or more prior to date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of initial Rental Fee

Cancellation 1-14 days prior to date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% or on day of arrival the rental fee is forfeit

Visitors may not hang, tape, or nail anything up inside or outside the building.

Must be 21 or older to rent

Alcohol is permitted

Kegs are not allowed

Furniture or rental items may not be brought in.

Furniture may not be moved or rearranged.

Fireplace may not be used

A $250 refundable damage deposit will be collected at the time the reservation is made.

No drinks on the tables without coaster

No temporary structures such but not limited to; tents, dinning flies, play structures may be erected without prior authorization from Park Management.

Park staff will conduct site checks and be available for questions and concerns throughout the course of the rental

MAXIMUM CAPACITY CAN NOT BE EXCEEDED. IF CAPACITY IS EXCEEDED YOU MAY BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND MAY NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

NO TEMPORARY STRUCTURES MAY BE ERECTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM PARK MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING PLAY AND ADDITIONAL SEATING STRUCTURES.

YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO RENT A SHELTER. LEASING AND SUBLEASING OF SHELTERS IS PROHIBITED.

FOR CARS, TRUCKS, AND CAMPERS: WITH IN PLATES: MON-SUN AND HOLIDAYS $7; WITHOUT IN PLATES: MON-SUN AND HOLIDAYS $9; FOR WALK-INS, BICYCLES, BUSES, AND PASSENGER VANS: MON-SUN AND HOLIDAYS $2 PER PERSON. THIS IS PAID THE 1ST TIME IN.

At this time, reservations for the Swenson Lodge will be handled at Pokagon State Park ONLY. Please call 260-833-2012, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm to book your event today!

NO reservations will be taken via the website or call center.

Recreation building is available year-round.

Can be reserved up to one year in advance of desired stay.

Must be reserved within 2 days prior to your desired stay.

NO walk-in registrations allowed.
