Each has been remodeled and upgraded to include all of the amenities and comfort you need to relax and unwind. Each boasts a full kitchen, laundry room, outdoor grilling, and sitting areas.     Check-In Procedure - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Check-out: 11:00 AM. - We do our very best to ensure your vacation home or site is cleaned and ready by your check-in time. - While we are occasionally able to have your accommodations cleaned prior to 3:00 pm. - Please do not arrive before the check-in time unless you have confirmed with Kristy (727) 844-5900. - Check-out time must be met to allow cleaning to be completed for the next guest(s). - Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM without prior approval will be charged a late check-out fee equivalent to $50.00 for each hour of occupancy beyond the checkout time. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pet Policy - Pets are not allowed. - No pets! please contact us ahead of time should you be bringing a pet along with you if staying at an RV site. - Otherwise, pets are strictly prohibited inside any of the vacation rentals. Smoking Policy - Absolutely No Smoking and No Vaping Indoors: Guests are welcome to smoke outside. - Please be sure to close the door behind you before beginning to smoke. Trash Policy - Any trash must be disposed of properly. Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Campground Disclaimer - Thank you for choosing to stay with us on Treasure Island, NPR is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. - We look forward to your next visit!

      Looking for a Tropical Getaway in Sunny Florida? Look No Further...Your Home Away From Home Awaits! Take in Nature and Enjoy Bird-Watching and Sunbathing in your Beautiful Back Yard along the waterside and the pool! Enjoy spending the day in the pool, sitting on the dock along the quiet cove, and use the small boat slip to set out on the kayaks. Want to enjoy the beautiful backyard but not leave the house? Sit in the air conditioned, glass lanai where you can read a book, play board games, listen to some music or watch tv! The home has been recently remodeled for you to enjoy, with a large, beautiful kitchen and three spacious bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds for you and your guests to choose from. Each room has it's own air conditioning/heat control for your comfort. The house is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home. If you think of something you need or something you've forgotten, let me know - I live next door and am always happy to help! This house is on a dead end road so there is very little traffic. We are located on a small, forgotten island of only twelve homes in New Port Richey. The lots at the northern end of the road are where you will find our community kayak launch and campground for guests of Treasure Island NPR: *The kayak launch area is where you will find the kayaks, a dock with another crab trap, and an area to safely launch a kayak. Life vests can be found in the large plastic box nearby. Take note of the tides, as the canal becomes VERY shallow during low tide, so planning your trip within 4 hours of a high tide is usually the safest bet. Set sail and enjoy some time on the water. *The community campground boasts a covered grilling area, picnic tables, swings, bicycles, chairs around the fire pit, and a small path through the neighboring woods. Lights are strung along the grilling area and controlled through use of the Alexa device above the minifridge. Enjoy outdoor games, relax in the swings, or take a leisurely walk through the woods. At the end of the day, light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy talking with your friends and family while you roast marshmallows. What a great way to end the day!

      • Tropical Suite of Treasure Island NPR

        Located in a quiet neighborhood on Treasure Island in NPR, this is a beautiful waterfront vacation rental for two... Enjoy a romantic evening on your private, covered balcony after a day of lounging poolside or fishing and kayaking from the backyard. Being west of 19 and close to Main St, we are in walking distance of all of the fun events in New Port Richey. We hope that you have some time to enjoy the local restaurants, pubs, and events Downtown New Port Richey has to offer. This is a beautiful waterfront vacation rental for two. Set up is similar to a studio apartment or in-law suite. Upstairs a catwalk connects the bedroom and living room, opening to a private deck overlooking the canal. From the kitchen below, doors open to the water, dock, pool area, and patio. The bayou leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Kayaks and fishing poles are available for you to use while visiting. Set sail for a day on the water. It is only a 10-15 minute paddle to the gulf from the backyard. This 1000+ sq/ft suite is attached to my home, sharing the yard and driveway - no interior areas are shared. In the backyard, there is a large pool with sitting areas in the patio and on the dock. Kayaks and fishing poles are available in the backyard. Like to cook? A gas & charcoal grill as well as a Green Egg are on the dock, ready to be used! A crab trap and fishing poles can be found on the dock for your use and enjoyment. What a great way to catch your own dinner. We have two very friendly dogs that usually stay in my house but have access to the backyard (which is cleaned daily). The large dog's name is LeeLa and the smaller dog is Dexter.           This peaceful home is the perfect getaway for you! It sits on a small island called Treasure Island in New Port Richey. Relax in the lanai, sit out on the dock, or set sail in the kayaks This home has two bedrooms - one queen bed and one single bed, with a full bathroom. Toiletries, such as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The master bedroom opens to a beautiful lanai where you can relax and enjoy watching the fish jump and birds diving to catch dinner. A BBQ grill is alongside the house for your use. A dock is also along the water for you to set up your fishing rod and catch dinner! The kitchen has been newly remodeled with beautiful granite countertops, stove, microwave, oven/air fryer, and dishwasher. The house is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home. You may park an additional vehicle alongside your RV should you bring one. This lot is on a dead end road so there is very little traffic. This home has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open-concept kitchen/living/dining room - situated in the center of Treasure Island of New Port Richey. The master bedroom, with a king bed, has an attached full bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share the main bathroom with a tub/shower. Toiletries, such as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. This home has a 2 car driveway and an RV slip (with water and an electric hook-up) nextdoor. Should you have family or friends joining you on your trip, they are welcome to book the RV slip for a discounted rate. This house has a large backyard - you can sit and relax, enjoying the outdoors or BBQ some of your favorite meals. Outdoor games, including volleyball, are stored in the closet and ready for you to use. The house is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home.
