Tippecanoe River's rent-a-camp cabins are available for reservations from March 1st of each year through and including December 14th each year.
For cars, trucks and campers, the entrance fee is $7 per vehicle for in-state plates and $9 per vehicle for out-of-state plates, seven days a week including holidays. For pedestrians, bicycles, buses and passenger vans, the entrance fee is $2 per person. When staying overnight, you will be required to pay the entrance fee the first time you enter and your receipt will serve as your in/out pass the remainder of your stay. In-state annual entrance permits (AEPs) are $50. Out-of-state annual entrance permits are $70. Golden Hoosier permits are $25.
Cabin description: One-room log cabin, 12x16 with 6-foot porch. Cabins contain two sets of buck beds with mattresses (sleeps 4), small loft (sleeps up to 2), table and two benches, overhead light, broom, dustpan, and a trash container.
Bed linens and pillows are not provided.
Pets are prohibited in cabins and cabin area. Strictly enforced.
Must be 21 years old to rent or reserve.
Maximum capacity is 6 people per cabin.
Camping units outside of cabins are not permitted. (No tents, camping trailers, RVs, etc.)
Check in time: 3:00pm. Check out time: 12:00pm.
Quite hours are 11:00pm to 7:00am
Accessible vault toilet is available year-around.
Modern comfort station with showers and water spigots are located nearby but are closed after the 1st weekend in November, until April 15th.
Cabins do not contain running water or restroom facilities.
If arriving after the Office and Entrance Gate House are closed, cabin keys will be left in the rented cabin.
Cabins do not have heat or air conditioning.
Camper supplied heating sources must be electric*. Liquid fuel, gas fuel, and open flame heaters are prohibited.
*Cabins are equipped with 20 amps of electric service only.
Smoking and cooking in cabins are prohibited.
Tepicon Recreation Building and playground equipment are located within 800 feet.
Two vehicles permitted per cabin. Additional vehicles must park in the overflow lot located near Tepicon Recreation Building.
Please, sweep floors & remove trash from cabin before departure to avoid cleaning fees.
At check-in customer is required to sign a damage/cleaning release form. Damages or excessive cleaning incurred may result in additional fees.
