Gazebo Meeting Hall (Formerly called the picnic shelter)
Totally enclosed structure. Heat, electricity, sink, counter, lights, and windows.
Restroom facility approximately 100 feet away.
Very limited parking.
Inside seating for 35 (picnic tables). Tables are to remain inside the gazebo.
Outside seating available for picnicing and larger groups.
While reservations can be made for multiple days, camping/overnight occupancy is not allowed. Daily check in and checkout time will still apply on a multiple-day reservation.
Note: Groups of more than 50 may require a Special Use Permit, and possibly liability insurance, at an additional cost. Events such as weddings, receptions, or other non-traditional activities also may require a Special Use Permit. Call the park at 541-888-3778 ext 221 for more information.
Decorations may be hung with tape only and must be removed prior to departure. Nails, staples, thumbtacks, etc not permitted.
All personal belongings must be removed from the gazebo at check out.
Use of the adjacent amphitheater is not allowed without permission from the park manager due to interpretive program schedules. Call the park at 541-888-3778 ext 221 for more information.
Those customers who reserve 20 or more sites may reserve the meeting hall for one day at no charge. Additional days and groups not with fewer than 20 sites will be charged the standard rate.
Cancellation and Change Policy for Special Facilities-
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of all camping fees. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the day of arrival OPRD retains the first night fees.
Changes made 30 days or more prior to the day of arrival incur a $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five days that are later changed to fewer days will be charged a fee equal to the daily site fee for each day canceled as well as the $8 transaction fee. Changes are not allowed within 30 days of arrival. If the last day to change falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until 5 p.m. on the following business day to change your reservation.
