Amenities: Picnic table and fire ring.
This campsite is closed during scheduled hunts. Check the Seminole Forest Wildlife Management Area regulations and hunting season dates before visiting the forest at http://www.myfwc.com/
Florida Black Bears are common in the area so be Bear Aware. Keep all food and attractants (toothpaste, bug spray, deodorant, sunscreen, coolers, garbage, etc.) in approved containers or locked inside your vehicle, and remove all food from the area after eating. If you are unable to store items in your vehicle, place in bear bag and store it in a tree, 300 feet from sleeping area, 10 feet off the ground, and 4 feet from the attachment point.
Campfires are permitted only in the fire ring provided. Use only dead material found on the ground for firewood.
Vehicle must be parked at the designated parking area at the west end of Grade Road. Access to Grade Road is from Bear Pond or Cassia Trailhead.
