For all cabins, reservations made within 60 days have a minimum stay of three (3) nights during peak season (April 1-October 31) and holiday weekends, two (2) nights between November 1 and March 31.
Reservations made outside of 60 days have the below minimum stay requirements:
April 1- October 31: 7 night minimum stay
November 1 – March 31: 2 night minimum stay.
Check-in time for this site is 3:00 pm.

Pohick Bay's Rustic Cabins are a great and affordable upgrade from our standard tent sites, these cabins come equipped with electricity, a heat/ AC unit, small refrigerator, microwave, small eating area. Our Rustic Cabins are great for families looking to bring their children into nature while still having some of the comforts of home. These 2 room cabins can sleep up to 6 people with a full size futon, full size bed, and a set of twin bunk beds. Outside you will find a small porch, porch swing, picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring. Restroom, shower and laundry facilities are located less than 100 yards away at Comfort Station 1. Please notes our Rustic Cabins do not come with linens, all guests should bring their own for their stay. All cabins are within walking distance of Pirates Cove Waterpark, boat marina and the camp store.
Each rustic cabin has electricity, ac/heat, small refrigerator and two rooms. The back room has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The front room has a futon, table, two chairs and a microwave. Outside is a front porch with a swing, outside grill, fire pit and a picnic table. The bathhouse is a short walk on a trail.
Most sites are back-in and include a grill and/or fire ring and picnic table. The campstore offers a variety of retail products and camping supplies including ice, charcoal, lighter fluid, firewood and much more. (Gathering of wood in the park is prohibited). 30/50 amp service available at all sites provided with electricity. Comfort stations have hot showers, sinks, toilets and laundry. A dump station is available for registered campers. A network of trails leads walkers to the waterfront, mini golf and outdoor pool. A one-mile trail connects the family campground to Gunston Hall Plantation, home of George Mason.
