For all cabins, reservations made within 60 days have a minimum stay of three (3) nights during peak season (April 1-October 31) and holiday weekends, two (2) nights between November 1 and March 31.
Reservations made outside of 60 days have the below minimum stay requirements:
April 1- October 31: 7 night minimum stay
November 1 – March 31: 2 night minimum stay.

Pohick Bay's luxurious Deluxe Cabins feel like home away from home. Our Deluxe Cabins come fully equipped with water, electricity, heat/ AC units, private bedroom, private porch, kitchenette and your own private bathroom. These cabins are great in any season for couples or families, they sleep up to 6 people with a convertible full size futon in the living area as well as a queen bed and twin bunks in the bedroom. Outside you will find a grand porch with partial water views of the Potomac, ample seating, picnic table, charcoal grill, and a fire ring. The kitchen includes pots, pans, cookware, and a 6 person serving set. You will also find a small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner stove, and a Keurig coffee maker. In the living room you have a 32" flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. While the Deluxe Cabins are fully stocked with all of these amenities they do not come with linens, all guests should bring their own for their stay. All cabins are within walking distance of Pirates Cove Waterpark, boat marina and the camp store.
Most sites are back-in and include a grill and/or fire ring and picnic table. The campstore offers a variety of retail products and camping supplies including ice, charcoal, lighter fluid, firewood and much more. (Gathering of wood in the park is prohibited). 30/50 amp service available at all sites provided with electricity. Comfort stations have hot showers, sinks, toilets and laundry. A dump station is available for registered campers. A network of trails leads walkers to the waterfront, mini golf and outdoor pool. A one-mile trail connects the family campground to Gunston Hall Plantation, home of George Mason.
