This site has some higher level of accessibility over sites not designated as accessible (such as larger hard surface area, correct picnic table, ADA fire ring/cook stove, etc.) for persons with a disability or otherwise limited physical mobility. It is best to contact the park directly to determine if this site meets your specific accessibility needs. If no one in your party needs an accessible site, please select another site. This Group Hall is also known as The Mack Dick Pavilion. The building is approximately 3200 square feet, with a capacity of 169 people, including children. It has a large main meeting room, full commercial kitchen, and restroom facilities. The building has both indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Fires in the decorative fireplaces are prohibited. No pets or smoking will be allowed inside the building. Round tables, conference style tables, and chairs are available for use if needed at no extra cost.
The Mack Dick Pavilion is available for day events between 8:00am and 10:00pm. All visitors must be out of the building by 10pm. Guests are encouraged to reserve separate sites specifically for camping and stays extending past check out time. If arriving after 5pm, you must call the park prior to 5pm to make key arrangements. A signed rental agreement and a refundable cleaning deposit is required prior to occupying this site. Submitting the signed agreement to the park prior to your arrival date will assist the park staff in preparing the site for your visit.
The $750 credit card deposit is due before or upon check-in and can be paid ahead of time over the phone or in person. The customer who owns the credit card is required to be present with a valid ID. After inspection, the deposit will be returned back to the customer within 3 days unless damages are discovered and/or TPWD rules and regulations are not followed. All guests using this site will need to pay the regular $8.00 per person, per day entry fee.
