The tipi is rustic with a dirt floor and no climate controls. There are rubber tiles in part of the tipi to provide a clean area but during rain and wind events mud can be found inside. There are two sleeping cots in the tipi for visitors to use during their stay. On hot summer days, the tipi can be very warm inside. When renting the tipi, a sheep herders' wagon with a full-size bed is also included at the site. Just like the tipi, the wagon is rustic and gives visitors a chance to experience living conditions of a bygone era.
