For cars, trucks and campers, the entrance fee is $7 per vehicle for in-state plates and $9 per vehicle for out-of-state plates, seven days a week including holidays. For pedestrians, bicycles, buses and passenger vans, the entrance fee is $2 per person. When staying overnight, you will be required to pay the entrance fee the first time you enter and your receipt will serve as your in/out pass the remainder of your stay. In-state annual entrance permits (AEPs) are $50. Out-of-state annual entrance permits are $70. Golden Hoosier permits are $25.
All remaining balances MUST be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your arrival. If you do not pay your balance in full at least 30 days prior to your arrival, your reservation(s) will be subject to automatic cancellation.

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT THE DINING HALL AND BE PRESENT WHILE THE FACILITY IS BEING USED. NO PETS IN BUILDINGS OR GENERAL AREA. QUIET HOURS FROM 11PM TO 7AM. ONLY THE UPPER LEVEL OF THE DINING HALL WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL. THE LOWER LEVEL IS BEING USED AS THE NATURE CENTER AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE AREA.
NO GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO STAY OVERNIGHT IN THE DINING HALL. OCCUPANTS MUST VACATE THE DINING HALL DURING QUIET HOURS FROM 11PM TO 7AM. NO CAMPERS OR TENTS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE DINING HALL OR GROUP CAMPING AREA. LEASING AND SUBLEASING IS PROHIBITED.

If a customer wants to reserve the entire camp at the discounted Group Camp price, he/she will have to do so during the prior calendar year.
Inventory for group camps is available on a 12 month rolling window.
From April 1st thru November 15th, a customer can reserve the group camp for the next year, as early as 1 year prior to arrival, for the discounted group camp price.
EXAMPLE # 1: If I want the group camp for a week in June in 2013, I will have to reserve it beginning that same week in June 2012 thru November 15th , 2012.
EXAMPLE # 2: If I want a group camp for a weekend in October 2013, I will have to reserve it between that weekend in 2012 and November 15th, 2012.
Inventory Freezes November 16th thru November 30th each year. No new reservations during this time. No changes made during this time. Cottage inventory is loaded during this time.
All group camp inventory is closed for further reservations - will not show up on the web, but the group camp inventory will still show in the call center and field application as "closed".
Beginning December 1st of a given year, cottage inventory becomes available for the following year.
Customers will pay full cottage and/or Dining Hall price. No "group camp discount" given.
Inventory for cottages is available on a six month rolling window. When cottage inventory becomes available, customers can book for arrival dates between April 1st thru June 1st of the following year.
Available facilities in the group camp area: 1 dining hall (capacity 155), 1 cottage that sleeps 4, 2 cottages that each sleep 6, 6 cottages that each sleep 12, 6 cottages that each sleep 16.
