OCCUPANCY:
Parker’s Hideaway sleeps 6 people (including infants and children). Permit will be issued to persons 21 years of age or older only. Permit holder is responsible for all persons registered under 21 years of age.

PARK HOURS:
6AM to 11PM year-round.

FIRES:
Fires are allowed in the outdoor fire pit only. A charcoal post grill is also available. Wood can be purchased from park concessions or an outside source. If purchased from an outside source, it must be within a 50-mile radius of the park.

PETS:
Not allowed in or around Parker’s Hideaway, cabins, or cabin areas. Violation is grounds for eviction without refund, this includes visitors with pets.

VEHICLES:
Four vehicles maximum allowed at Parker’s Hideaway. First vehicle included with reservation. Second vehicle will pay vehicle use fee of $10 when in effect and receives a pass for the remainder of stay. Any additional vehicles will pay vehicle use fee $10 at the gate plus $10 for each additional vehicle per night for duration of stay. Visitors shall pay vehicle use fee of $10 when in effect and park in overflow parking if four or more vehicles are already registered to reservation.

QUIET HOURS:
10PM to 7AM. Please be considerate of other park patrons.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$100 (check), returnable within 1-3 weeks after check-out, provided the property is free of damages and inventory is complete.

Lifetime Liberty Pass and Access Pass are NOT accepted for Parker's Hideaway reservations.

BOOKING RULES & RATES:

• During Peak Season reservations can be booked for 5 nights (Check-in: Friday – Check-out: Wednesday), or 10 nights (Check-in: Friday – Check-out: Monday) only.
• Peak Season: Friday, June 23, 2023 to Sunday, August 27, 2023.
• Peak Season Price: 5 nights: $1,000, 10 nights: $2,000
• Non-Peak Season requires a 2-night minimum stay, up to a maximum stay of 14 nights, except holidays where a 3-night minimum is required.*
• * Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekend require a 3-night minimum stay (Friday – Sunday).
