This Group Hall is known as El Ranchito. Rental Price includes Entrance Fees.
It is an indoor site with fireplace, AC, heat, ceiling fans, sink, and refrigerator. Also has water, electricity, indoor picnic tables, volleyball and basketball courts and playground, BBQ grill, and a covered outdoor patio with picnic tables and a hook. Attached restrooms are accessed on the outside of the building. All restrooms are ADA.
A $400 cleaning deposit required to be paid by credit card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) per each day of the reservation, will be collected upon Check-In and refunded upon departure if site is left clean.
Total Site Capacity is 200, inside capacity is 70.
