- Camping in this area is by permit only. Permitee must have their copy of issued permit for use of area. The gate combination is written on the permit. Vehicles parking outside the group area are subject to day use parking fees. Use of the group sites is limited to 4 days.
- Permittee must maintain gate security in order to prevent unauthorized access.
- Capacity for the group site is 20 people and 6 vehicles. Total Vehicle length (including tow) not to exceed 35'.
- Permittee is responsible for following all local and State regulations. For additional information regarding park regulations, check with park staff or call Kenai/PWS State Park at 262-5581 Ext 20.
- Camping is permitted in immediate area of fire rings and picnic tables only.
- Group sites are available at 2:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm on last day.
- Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am. Generators, machinery and loud noises are prohibited between these hours.
- Amplified sound or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
- Fires must be contained within the provided fire rings and not in excessive size.
- Dead and down wood may be gathered for fires. We encourage bringing your own firewood or firewood can be purchased at campground host site.
- Pets must be on a leash and under owners control at all times and cannot create excessive noise in a developed facility.
- Do not use the well site for: personal hygiene, fish cleaning, or general washing.
- Display of signs and construction of structures is prohibited.
- All unattended food, food containers (including cans) and refuse must be secured inside hard sided vehicles to prevent bear problems.
- Do not move tables or fire rings from designated location.
- Permittee is responsible for keeping gate at entrance of group site closed and locked whenever possible to prevent theft of property and illegal use of the area by others.
- Any violation of the rules or permit stipulations will be grounds to revoke the permit without compensation to the permittee or liability to the state.
