Woahink Meeting Hall Information
RESERVING MEETING HALL DOES NOT PROVIDE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE SURROUNDING PARK AREA.
This is an indoor facility.

Park Managers may permit earlier check in or later check out times as needed depending on site availability and customer needs. Customer must call the park directly to make arrangements.
This meeting hall is ADA accessible and is near the ADA restroom.
It is located on Woahink Lake.
It will seat up to 50 people. There are 6, 6' tables, 50 plastic folding chairs, 3 outside picnic tables.
There is a cooktop, microwave and refrigerator.
Sink with hot and cold water and electrical outlets.
No day use fee required.
Keys will be located in a lock box by the east door of the meeting hall. The combination will be provided at the time you reserve and will be printed on your confirmation letter. Return key to lock box.
Directions: Turn east at Honeyman Park, 1/3 mile on Canary Rd. Meeting Hall entrance located on right.
Responsibilities:
Unlock and lock meeting hall and restroom. Light switches are located near both doors. Heaters are turned on individually. Turn off when leaving.
The doors lock open with the allen wrench hanging on a chain by east door.
Keep outside area free of litter and garbage can lids secure.
Closing includes sweeping the floor, wiping counters, tables, stovetop, fridge, microwave, and pick up restrooms.
While reservations can be made for multiple days, camping/overnight occupancy is not allowed. Daily check in and checkout time will still apply on a multiple-day reservation.
Cancellation and Change Policy for Special Facilities-
Cancellations made one month to the day prior to arrival will receive a refund of all camping fees. For cancellations made less than one month to the day of arrival OPRD retains the first night fees.
Changes made one month or more to the day of arrival incur an $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five days that are later changed to fewer days will be charged a fee equal to the daily site fee for each day canceled as well as the $8 transaction fee.
Changes are not allowed within one month of arrival. If the last day to change falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until 5 p.m. on the following business day to change your reservation.
Reservation and transaction fees are non-refundable.
