Dunes Group campground is located on the south side of the park. It consists of 18 campsites (#701-#718). One doesn't have to occupy all campsites; your group are the only ones allowed in the group campground. A maximum 6 occupants and 1 camping unit per site. 108 occupants and 18 camping units total.
All sites have different dimensions:
Site 701 - driveway length 35', man-made shelter.
Site 702 - driveway length 35', no shade.
Site 703 - driveway length 35', man-made shelter.
Site 704 - driveway length 35', man-made shelter.
Site 705 - driveway length 40', partial shade and man-made shelter.
Site 706 - driveway length 40', partial shade and man-made shelter.
Site 707 - driveway length 40', partial shade and man-made shelter.
Site 708 - driveway length 40', partial shade and man-made shelter.
Site 709 - driveway length 40', partial shade and man-made shelter.
Site 710 - driveway length 50', partial shade and man-made shelter.
Site 711 - driveway length 35', partial shade and man-made shelter.

Every site has a firepit with a half fold up grill on the firepit. This site has a campers’ services building. Quite hours are from 10PM to 6AM. A dump station is located on the west side of Jackson Lake State Park. Beginning October through April, Group Camping restrooms will be unavailable.
OHVs are not permitted in the campground. They must be trailered to the OHV staging area.
Campsite Occupancy Limits: One camping unit with up to 6 people is allowed per campsite.A camping unit is defined as the maximum combination of camping equipment allowed in one campsite.The allowable combinations are: One passenger vehicle and two tents; or one motor home or pickup camper (or a motorized vehicle towing a camping trailer) and one tent. One additional passenger vehicle may be parked at a campsite. Camping fees do not include the day pass entrance fee which is required for each motor vehicle. Vehicle day pass fees will be collected when entering the park.
