- Alcohol policy: Not allowed at pavilions. Only allowed at individual campsites or on a boat. No kegs and no glass. No alcohol allowed in day use or swim beach areas.
- Food and Trash: All food, beverages, toiletries, or other wildlife attractants must be stored in hard-sided containers, locked vehicles, or preferably in a bear-proof locker (where available). Trash must be placed in approved campground trash containers. Do not leave trash or other attractants at campsites or outside of the trash containers.
- Pets: Must be on a leash (no more than 10 feet long) at all times. They may not be left unattended. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. No pets on swim beaches. Only 2 pets are allowed in Cabins. No pets allowed inside the Tipis.

General Policies for Pavilions:
- The Sunrise pavilion is typically reservable on a seasonal basis only (approx. April 1st - September 30th). The Lions Open Space Pavilion is available to reserve year-round.
- Pavilions are day use only and cannot be used for camping.
- An entrance permit (available for purchase at entrance) is required for every vehicle in addition to group pavilion rental fees at the Sunrise Pavilion. (No parking fee at Lions Open Space.)
- No jumping castles, dunk tanks, pony rides, or similar set-ups.
- No noise disturbances to other park users.
- Parking allowed on established roadways and parking areas only. There are no guarantees on parking availability.
- The reserving party is responsible for making sure all attendees know and obey regulations. Please visit http://larimer.org/naturalresources for more info.
Additional Information for Special Events:
- Large scale, multi-day, and/or commercial events may require a special use permit and/or a film-photo permit through Larimer County. Please call 970-619-4570 for more information.
- Photographs: Applicant consents to allow photographer on behalf of Larimer County to attend and photograph event. Photographs taken by Larimer County at event may be used in marketing, informational and educational materials, without compensation or further permission from the applicant, including the images of event attendees, including minors. Applicant shall notify attendees that Larimer County may take and distribute photographs of event and attendees
