Due to the Zebra Mussel infestation Highline Lake has been treated for Zebra Mussels using EarthTecQZ, an EPA-registered copper-based molluscicide. Highline Lake will be drained 25' during the summer of 2024 and will be completely drained during the winter of 2024/2025.  Highline Lake is closed to fishing and motorized boating until further notice. This restriction will not be lifted until May 2025 at the earliest.  Mack Mesa Lake is still open for fishing and all applicable fishing laws and limits apply. Please contact the campground office at 970-858-7208 for more information.
