This tiny home must be left reasonably clean and undamaged. Garbage must be removed and put in nearby dumpsters. Damage or large messes left, such as grease, broken glass, etc, may result in a fee charged to the credit card on file.
This is a tiny home. Pets are not allowed in or around this cottage. Linens are not provided. Includes microwave, refrigerator, heat and A/C, a bathroom with shower, table, 4 chairs, couch. No smoking, no tents or RV's are allowed at this site. Contact the park if you have a service animal. Guests with severe allergies agree to take personal responsibility of the person/family of the allergic reaction sufferer to provide for their own well-being/medical costs.
You are allowed 2 vehicles at the cottage. Your reservation fee covers one, the 2nd vehicle will pay the Extra Vehicle fee of $20/night.
