An additional security deposit is required at check-in.

Seats up to 150 people, based on seating arrangement. Tables and chairs are provided, however set up is the responsibility of the guest. The kitchen features a commercial range, refrigerator and hot box. The adjacent bbq pit smoker/grill is large enough to require a building of its own. All cooking, eating, serving utensils and shelter clean-up are the responsibility of the guest. Failure to properly clean the shelter may incur an additional cleaning fee.
