Pedal boats, canoes, kayaks, and bikes are available for rent at the visitor's center. Firewood and ice are available for purchase at the visitor's center. Visitor center hours are 8 am til 5 pm 7 days a week.
The Hawks Nest is located in a private area next to Burnham house. The Hawks Nest can accommodate up to 6 people. This is a one bedroom one bathroom cabin with a loft. The bedroom has 2 full size beds. The loft has 2 twin beds. Kitchen, bed and bath linens are provided. This cabin has central heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, a refrigerator and ice maker. The outdoor living area is an open porch with rocking chairs. An additional outdoor area has a fire ring, picnic table and a grill. (Firewood is available for purchase at the visitor's center. (Visitor center hours are 8am til 5 pm daily.)
Check-in times are during regular office hours. After hours instructions can be obtained by calling the park during business hours.
Public archery programs are available on occasion. Please contact the park office for more information. Groups can schedule a guided archery program by calling the park office two weeks in advance.
