Pavilion and Picnic Areas Cancellation/Change Policy: A Cancellation/Change up to 31 days in advance of the reserved date will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the reserved date. One change in the date of the reservation is permitted without charge. The new date must be within the year of the original reservation date. Any additional changes will be considered a cancellation and subject to fees.
Due to their environmental impact, no confetti, balloons, glow sticks, artificial flower petals, birdseed or rice may be used for decorative or celebratory purposes.
Alcoholic Beverages: The display, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited at Fox Point.
Amplified music: DJs and other music requiring amplification are not permitted, including portable and personal speakers.

Park Entrance Fees: In effect for reservations between March 1st and November 30th, guests will need to be prepared to pay this fee upon entry to the Park. Credit Cards are accepted, Cash only if fee booth is open.

Amusement devices (moon bounces, etc.) and canopies: Additional space may be available for amusement devices (moon bounces etc.) or canopies. Visitors must contact the park office at least one week prior to the event for information on availability, cost, and to secure a space.
Group Recognition: Contact the park office prior to the day of your event if there is an identifiable name (reunion, organization, celebration, etc.) associated with the event. This will help staff direct your guests to the correct area in the park.
