NO OVERNIGHT USAGE ALLOWED - THIS SHELTER OR RECREATION BUILDING IS FOR DAY USE ONLY. Tents, dining flies, and other camping units are not allowed in shelter areas or recreation building areas. These are day-use facilities only and must be vacated each day by the designated check out time.
Temporary structures, including bounce houses, stages, and event tents are not permitted.
Fort Harrison State Park is a day use park only. The park is open from dawn to dusk year-round.

For cars, trucks and campers, the entrance fee is $7 per vehicle for in-state plates and $9 per vehicle for out-of-state plates, seven days a week including holidays. For pedestrians, bicycles, buses and passenger vans, the entrance fee is $2 per person. When staying overnight, you will be required to pay the entrance fee the first time you enter and your receipt will serve as your in/out pass the remainder of your stay. In-state annual entrance permits (AEPs) are $50. Out-of-state annual entrance permits are $70. Golden Hoosier permits are $25.
CHECK IN/OUT TIME AT FORT HARRISON: Shelters and recreation buildings are available from 9am until dusk, which is also when the park closes at the end of each day.
