ATTENTION : ONE CAMPGROUND SHOWER / RESTROOM BUILDING IS CLOSED: Comfort Station #2 (serves Section E in the family campground) is currently CLOSED due to long-term foundational repairs that are needed. There are two other modern showers / restrooms facilities to use in family campgrounds. We apologize for the inconvenience these closures may cause. Please check back for updates.
REDUCED AMENITIES (NOVEMBER - APRIL): Please note that most properties turn off water, close modern restrooms, and winterize full-hookup sites during winter months (November through April). Camping is still available at a reduced rate at almost all locations during this time period. Properties will begin turning on water and opening other facilities between mid-March and late-April depending on the forecasted temperatures. If you plan to camp during early spring and/or late fall, please contact the property office to check on the availability of water, modern restrooms, and full hook-up camping. FULL AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE MAY - OCTOBER EACH YEAR.
HORSE CAMPERS MUST HAVE HORSES PRESENT. You must have at least one horse present to camp in the Equestrian Campgrounds. If you do not have horse(s) on your site, the property may request to relocate your reservation to a non-equestrian (regular) campsite IF there is availability. In extreme cases, a reservation may need to be re-scheduled or canceled if there are no regular campsites available.
For cars, trucks and campers, the entrance fee is $7 per vehicle for in-state plates and $9 per vehicle for out-of-state plates, seven days a week including holidays. For pedestrians, bicycles, buses and passenger vans, the entrance fee is $2 per person. When staying overnight, you will be required to pay the entrance fee the first time you enter and your receipt will serve as your in/out pass the remainder of your stay. In-state annual entrance permits (AEPs) are $50. Out-of-state annual entrance permits are $70. Golden Hoosier permits are $25.

No wagons allowed on Deam Lake roads or on Deam/Clark Horse Trails.
No Horses allowed on Main Road.
Horses are not allowed in the regular campground consisting of sections D, E, and F.
All horse campers should be aware of hunting seasons and wear orange during these times as hunting is allowed on the left hand side of the main road at Deam Lake.
For camping, check-in and check-out time is 2pm, except Sundays and holidays when check-in and check-out time is 5pm, local time.
