The White Oak Center can accommodate up to twelve (12) vehicles and sixty (60) people. The White Oak Center was first built in the 1930s and has been used ever since. Please help us continue this tradition by following the below rules and procedures.

Prior to your reservation date, Clark State Forest will email you directions regarding keys and entry to the White Oak Center.
While you and your guests are at the White Oak Center:
- To prevent locking yourself out, unlock the front doorknob inside the White Oak Center.
- Pets are not allowed inside the White Oak Center.
- No smoking or vaping in the White Oak Center.
- No window paint, confetti, or flower petals (real or fake) are allowed inside or outside the White Oak Center. This includes the area around the White Oak Center or parking lot.
- Please do not tape, thumbtack, nail or otherwise attach anything to the walls, doors, or windows inside or outside the White Oak Center.
- Please do not open the windows.
- Please do not use the historic fireplace.
Check out Procedure:
- Clean all surfaces including the kitchenette, bathroom, tables, and chairs. Cleaning supplies are located under the counter in the kitchenette.
- Please sweep all floors including those in the bathroom and kitchenette.
- Return tables, chairs, and other furnishings to the locations indicated in the following pictures.
- Remove all items from the refrigerator.
- Take all trash, including those in the bathroom and kitchenette, to the dumpster located outside. Replace trash bags. Trash bags are located under the counter in the kitchenette.
- Turn off all the lights including the porch, kitchenette, and bathroom.
- Lock both exterior doors and return the key to the key box. Lock the key box by spinning the dials to 0000.
Failure to comply with these rules and procedures may result in additional fees or denied future reservations.
