This facility is not reservable online. Reservations may be made by calling 800-452-5687.
A reservation is for the Pioneer Memorial building and/or covered pavilion only.
The historic monument plaza and adjacent grass area surrounding it must remain open for park visitors, public tours and park programs. In order to protect this important historic site and allow public access, groups may not set up equipment or utilize the gravel monument plaza area for seating, tables, or gatherings other than for photography.
Indoor Memorial building and outdoor (covered) pavilion area are both reservable seasonally.
The covered pavilion may be reserved without use of the Indoor Memorial building.
Base rate of $200 includes both structures, $100 if only reserving the outdoor area.
At time of reservation amount for total group is collected.
Base rate includes the first 50 people, $1.00 per person thereafter. Maximum of 200 people.
Day use permit or annual pass is required. Valid camping receipt is also accepted.
***Pavilion Building and Shelter Information:
Indoor Memorial building includes:
*Indoor kitchen area with electrical outlets, counter with sink and hot/cold water.
*Large main room and two smaller side rooms. Folding tables and chairs are available for inside use only.
All rooms have lighting. One outlet located in the large main room.
Outdoor covered pavilion includes:
*20 picnic tables that may be moved around, but must remain under the covered shelter area.
*Electrical outlets; one on the porch and one on the backside of the building.
General Information for indoor and outdoor area:

* Late check out NOT allowed. *
*No cooking range or refrigerator, you may bring counter top propane or electric.
*Service road to east of facility - may be opened upon request for disability access, catering and equipment only. No parking on this road.
*No barbeque facility provided - you may bring your own with proper disposal of charcoal.
*Inflatables and other play structures such as dunk tanks are not allowed at the Pavilion due to site limitations.
Due to preservation of historic building, no use of staples, nails, tacks, or harsh tape such as duct tape can be used on building. Fishing line or painters tape may be used. This rule is strictly enforced.
ATTENTION, SPECIAL USE PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR NON-TYPICAL PICNIC RELATED EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

*Approval of any use of Sound Systems, Bands, DJ's, or Special Entertainment.
*Personal setup items such as trailer barbeques, tables, chairs, decorations.
