The Swan Yurt is accessible for people with disabilities; however, it can be reserved by anyone. The Swan Yurt is furnished with a table with bench seating, a twin bunk bed, and a full-size futon. The futon also provides couch seating when in the upright position. Guests should bring bedding when staying at any of the yurts. Lights, and electricity, including electrical outlets, heaters, and fans are also provided inside the yurt. The yurts have some insulation and electric heat, however, in the spring and fall seasons, guests should be prepared for unseasonably cold temperatures that can arise at any time. There is an ADA-accessible vault toilet nearby.
The capacity of the Swan Yurt is 4 people. There is a tent pad adjacent to the yurt to accommodate additional people up to the 8-person maximum.
Potable water is available near the yurts from mid-May thru mid-September. Outside of that time, visitors will need to bring their own potable water. For the current status of potable water or any other questions, please contact the Flathead Lake Ranger Station at 406-837-3041 prior to your arrival.
This facility does not permit pets.
Any damage to a yurt is the financial responsibility of the registered park guest.
Park staff is typically onsite from mid-May thru mid-September. If park staff is not onsite, you will receive an email prior to your arrival containing important information about your upcoming reservation, including codes to gain access to the yurts.
During the Park's shoulder season reservations made less than 5 days out from arrival need to contact 406-837-3041 for access codes.
