FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHAT ARE YOUR REGISTRATION AND STORE HOURS? - Registration/Store Hours: - Sunday-Thursday. - 9 am to 5 pm. - Friday & Saturday. - 9 am to 6 pm. - If you will be checking in after hours, please call before closing for instructions: 805-595-7111. - No reservations after 9 pm. ARE THERE SPECIFIC RULES & REGULATIONS TO BE AWARE OF? - There is a 14-day maximum stay rule for RVs; 7 days for Cabins at Avila Pismo RV Resort & Campground. - RVs: All guests staying in an RV site must have a self-contained recreational vehicle manufactured for camping. - You must have a working bathroom with installed operable black & gray water tanks. - Your RV must be in good shape and in good working order. - We reserve the right to refuse any recreational vehicle. - Our bathhouse is closed from 11 am to 1 pm for cleaning. - No tents on RV sites. - No sleeping in cars/vans/rooftops or truck bed tents, etc. - No bus or van conversions or panel vans are allowed. - Vans must be self-contained with operable black and gray water tanks. - Avila Pismo RV Resort & Campground has the right to refuse any RV. - Only registered guests, no visitors allowed. - If you have a visitor, they must be registered to your site. - We do not do day use. We are a small campground with limited facilities; only registered guests are allowed to use the amenities. - The maximum speed limit in the park is 5mph and applies to all moving vehicles of any type, including electric scooters. - Must be 16 to ride an electric scooter within our park, no double riding on scooters or bikes. - Skateboards of any type, skates, or rollerblades are not allowed in the park. - Personal golf carts are not allowed in the park. - This is a non-smoking park; no smoking, vaping burning wood, or other products is allowed. - Rules/Times can be changed by Owners/Managers at any time. - Rules are on the back of your map that you receive when you arrive; some are here on this site. - Violations of any Rules/Regulations of the Avila Pismo RV Resort & Campground may result in a fine or the cancelation of your reservation without a refund. - Objectionable Behavior: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive behavior, language, or rudeness towards any staff member or guest. WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES? - Check-in for RV sites is at 1 pm. - Check-in for Cabins is 3 pm. - Check-out time is 11 am. No early arrivals. - Late check-out for RVs only if available. $25 until 1 pm - No late check-outs for cabins. WHAT ARE YOUR POOL AND RECREATION ROOM HOURS? - Pool Hours:10 am to 9 pm - Rec/Game Room Hours:9 am to 9 pm - THE POOL WILL CLOSE DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER. - IT MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS FOR MAINTENANCE AND CLEAN-UP BEFORE OPENING. - THE HOT TUB IS ONLY OPEN DURING POOL HOURS. WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON TENT CAMPING AND PERSONAL VEHICLES? - We do not allow overnight camping in personal vehicles which includes cars, vans, camper trailers with tents, enclosed trailers and pickup trucks with truck topper or tent. - Tents are not allowed on RV sites. ARE THERE ANY PARKING RESTRICTIONS? - Only 1 vehicle per site. Any extra or oversized vehicles are required to park in the outside parking lot. - Your vehicle must fit on your site, not in the roadway. WHAT ARE YOUR RESERVATIONS AND REGISTRATION POLICIES? - You must be 21 or older to make a reservation or pay and sign for registration. - No one under 21 is allowed to stay without an adult 21 or older. - Photo ID may be required. - No tents on RV sites. - It is your responsibility to tell us the bumper-to-hitch measurements of your RV so that you are put into an appropriate site that will accommodate your RV. - If you arrive and your RV is too long, we may not be able to accommodate you, and you may have to leave. - 14-day max stay. - No reservations after hours. - Cancellations for RV sites are 72 hours prior to your stay. - Deluxe Cabins- Our cabins sleep 2-4 guests. - There is a 2-night minimum stay. - No refunds for early departures. - Our cabins do not have air conditioning. - You must call to verify you have a pet in order to guarantee a pet-friendly cabin, if available. - There is a $25 per day, per pet, fee. - 2 pets per cabin. 50lb max for dogs. - 7-day max stay. - No same-day reservations for Cabins. - Cancellations for Cabins are 10 days prior to your stay. - We charge $20 for a site request. - All guests and visitors must be registered to your site. WHAT IS YOUR RV SITE POLICY? - All guests staying in an RV site must have a self-contained recreational vehicle manufactured for camping. - Must have operable black and gray tanks. - No sleeping in cars/vans/trailers not intended for RVing. - Rooftop or truck bed tents are not allowed. - No bus or van conversions. - Vehicles not manufactured for camping or in poor condition will not be admitted regardless of reservation status. - Avila Pismo RV Resort & Campground reserves the right to refuse any RV. - You are guaranteed a site, not a site number. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON FIRE USE OR SMOKING ON-SITE? - We are a smoke-free campground. - We only allow charcoal and propane to cook with. - No wood, wood pellets, smokers, or dialogs allowed. - This is a 100% SMOKE-FREE property. - No smoking of any kind of product is allowed. - No vaping or burning of any products such as Incense. - If you violate this policy, you may be subject to a $250 fine and evicted. DO YOU OFFER WIFI SERVICES? - Free limited wireless Internet is available on-site but is not guaranteed at every campsite. WHAT IS YOUR VISITOR’S POLICY? - Each site has a maximum of 2-6 guests. - All guests must be registered. - No visitors allowed. - If you have a visitor, they must be registered to your site. - We do not offer day use. DO YOU OFFER AFTER-HOURS CHECK-IN? - If you know you will arrive after hours, please call us in advance so that we can make arrangements for you. - Should you have a reservation and arrive after closing, your reservation packet will be posted at the guard shack as you enter the park. - Slide open the lighted window and a packet with your name on it will have a map and directions to your site. - In the morning, please come into the store to register. - No after-hours reservations are available. ARE PETS ALLOWED? - We are a dog-friendly park. - All dogs are required to be under control at all times. - Please keep your dog from barking and disturbing others. - Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in a portable kennel. - Please pick up dog droppings immediately. - Plastic dog bag dispensers are located at the dog walk area and the bathhouse. - Dogs are not allowed on the grass areas. - There is a maximum of 2 dogs per site. - Deluxe cabins that are pet friendly require a $25 per day, per pet fee, no fee for RV sites. - Limit of 2 dogs per cabin, 50lb. max per dog. - You must call to verify that you are in a pet-friendly cabin. - Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the cabin. - Our insurance does not allow aggressive breeds, such as, but not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, or Dobermans. - All dogs must be on a leash when walking through the park. If your dog is aggressive towards others or staff, you will be asked to leave.

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In Time: - RV and Tent sites: 1:00 PM - Cabin units: 3:00 PM. - Check-Out Time: All Sites: 11:00 AM - Please make prior arrangements if you expect to arrive after office hours. - RV’s and hospitality units may use night registration. - One vehicle per site. - Any additional vehicle will incur a $25.00 fee. - Late check-out must be arranged on the morning of departure to ensure availability. - Guests who remain after 11:30 AM without prior arrangement, will be charged an additional night's stay. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Occupancy Guidelines - Unless otherwise stated, 2 adult guests are included in the rate. - Additional guests over 2 people will cost $5 per person/per day unless under 3 years of age. - The maximum number of guests for cottages is 4 people. Children Policy - Children under the age of 3 are included in the rate. - Unless otherwise stated, 6 guests maximum (including children) per space. Smoking Policy - This is a 100% SMOKE-FREE property. - No smoking of any kind is allowed. - No Vaping or burning of any products such as incense. - We only allow charcoal and propane to cook with. - No wood, wood pellets, smokers, or dialogs allowed. - If you violate this policy, you may be subject to $250 find and evicted. - A violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250 and eviction. Recreation - Due to guest privacy, drones are prohibited on the campground. - Open campfires are not permitted. Security - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property. Pet Policy - Wildlife Warning: Pets must be accompanied by their owner or indoors not left unattended or tied to the trailer. - RV & Tent Sites: Pets are welcome and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. - Hospitality Units:2 pets max, 50 lbs. or smaller. - A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 will apply. - We accept service animals, if an accident occurs in the room and a deep clean is needed, there will be a $150 fee added to the room. - For the protection of, and in consideration of our guests, noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. - Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities. - Exotic pets are strictly prohibited.

Campground Cancellation Policy If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite fees and a $25 park cancellation fee). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
