Check-In Procedure: - RV check-in is from noon to 6 pm and cabin check-in is 3 pm to 6 pm. We are happy to accommodate later check-ins, but please give us a call in advance if you will be arriving later than 6 pm to ensure we are available. - Please check in at our office upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement - Check-In: 12 pm (noon) - 6 pm - Check-Out: 11 am Pet Policy: - Maximum of two pets per site (unless given prior approval). - Pets must be on a leash at all times and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - No aggressive pets will be tolerated. Full list of Campground Policies: - Campground policies are discussed upon check-in. - We are prepared to fully explain New York State and Allegany County Covid-19 Rules and Regulations. Park Extras: - For people not staying at the park, there is a dump station available at $20 per use. - Storage is available at $50 per month. - Bathroom and shower facilities are $5 per visit per person. - Give us a call about Pavilion rental rates. Passport America: Passport America Discount is 50% off one night Sunday thru Thursday with a minimum two-night reservation.
Campground Cancellation Policy: - Please provide 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, you will receive a refund less the price of a one-night stay and associated fees. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy: - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
