CAMPGROUND BASIC FEES (per night)
RESERVATION SERVICE FEE
An $8 service fee will be charged for making, changing or cancelling any camping reservation; this fee is non-refundable and is charged at $8 per transaction per site.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION: ON-LINE or BY PHONE:
East Bay Regional Park District Reservation Services 1-888-EBPARKS (1-888-327-2757): Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and all district holidays.
You will need to pay the campsite fee for each night plus the $8.00 NON-REFUNDABLE reservation service fee per site at the time of booking.
TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION: ON-LINE or BY PHONE:
Cancellations and changes can be made online or by phone.
NO REFUNDS will be given for dropping nights leading into these holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
SITE FEES: You forfeit all site fees WITHIN THREE DAYS from the day you cancel.
REFUNDS: After calculating all service and site fees you currently owe, any remaining credit balance will be refunded. No refunds will be given for rain during your stay.
For example, if you have a reservation for Friday and Saturday nights, and you have not made any changes to your reservation prior to this and you cancel on:
-Tuesday or before: we will keep $16.00 total in service fees ($8.00 to make the original reservation and $8.00 to cancel the reservation) and refund the rest of your Friday and Saturday site fees.
-Wednesday: we will keep $16.00 in service fees($8.00 to make the original reservation and $8.00 to cancel the reservation) and the Friday site fee, and refund the rest of your Saturday site fee.
-Thursday or later: NO REFUND.
