How do I confirm my reservation?

A detailed listing of your online reservations (both past and present) are stored in our system and can be viewed at any time on our website. To view your current and past reservations, you must first sign into the system from the home page.

Click My Reservations & Account and then click My Account. You’ll be able to review all your current and past Internet reservations. From this screen, you can also update your profile or change your email address and password. See Confirm your Reservation.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel reservations via email requests. Not all state Parks allow cancellations to be made online. A cancellation fee may apply. If you need help canceling a reservation, contact us.

How do I change a reservation?

Once a reservation is made online, only limited modifications are allowed on the website. Changing dates, sites, or campgrounds may be allowed for particular States by doing the following:

1.	Log into your online account.

2.	Select my reservations.

3.	Select the reservation that you want to change.

4.	Click change my reservation.
