What is there a timer when I add something to the Cart?

Since the Shopping Cart can hold multiple sites with one payment, it would be extremely unfair if a person could lock up a site indefinitely before deciding. The amount of time provided is more than ample to complete online transactions. Besides, once you release a site and select another, the clock resets each time.

How do I change my reservation dates?

You can change dates for a reservation before completing a sale by clicking Changing Dates on the Reservation Details page.

I've changed my mind. How do I select another site?

To select another site and disregard the previously selected site, click Remove This Reservation on the Reservation Details page.

I want to add more reservations to my Shopping Cart. How do I do this?

From the Shopping Cart, click Make More Reservations.

Why does it say my payment information is not correct?

The system may be unable to process the payment for a variety of reasons. Check the payment type information for the following:

•	Credit card information entered incorrectly.

•	Missing payment information.

•	The credit card number is invalid.

•	The information entered does not match the card selected.

•	Credit card details are missing (first name, last name).

Why is my Shopping Cart no longer valid?

We’re unable to process your order possibly because:

•	The hold has expired for your selected inventory. Return to the list of available sites and re-book.

•	The selected reservation has been acquired by someone else after your Cart had expired.
