Do I have the option to keep my user name?

ReserveAmerica does not plan to force users to change their user name to their email address at this time. A user can continue to use their existing user name to log in and make reservations by clicking the Don’t Change Anything, Continue link.

If I have multiple accounts with the same email address, which account will change?

If multiple accounts have been set up with the same email address, the system will update the most recently entered account and then disable the rest. All subsequent sign-ins will require the email address as the user name and will not allow users to access other accounts with the same email address.

How do I know what the email address is for the account I want to access?

Sign-in using your existing user name (not your email address) to access your account. Clicking the Change My Email and Password link will allow you to see what email address has been entered for the account.
