The intent of this feature is to increase information sharing between users, engage the public and provide "decision support" for individuals to visit State Parks and Federal lands. Ownership and Privacy PolicyAll photos will be the property of Aspira and the Agency for which the photo was submitted. By uploading photos, you are granting the Aspira and the State or Federal Agency a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, broadcast, publish and otherwise use uploaded photos at our discretion. All photo submissions are covered by our privacy policy. Please refer to our submission guidelines for criteria for posting photos to our site. Submission Guidelines and Requests:What we would really like: As a visitor of State Parks and Federal Lands this your opportunity to help others to do the same! We are looking for the best photos that characterize the many beautiful areas that our State and Federal Agencies provide. They should be informative to other users of ReserveAmerica.com who want to learn more about the various places they can visit. First and most important is to follow the official guidelines below. Secondly, we request that your photo accurately depicts and is uploaded to the proper State Park or Federal Land on ReserveAmerica.com. What we need: Who can submit: - Customers who are signed into ReserveAmerica.com. - Customers who are over 13 years of age. Be responsible and safe: - Do not break any laws, rules of state and federal lands, or do anything unsafe. Family friendly: - Do not photograph anything that is inappropriate, indecent or obscene. Non-commercial: - Photos containing logos, branding or other indications of commercial use will not be accepted. Authentic: - Photographs must be taken by you and you must have the rights to the photo. Ensure you have full permission of anyone who is included in the photo. Size and Photo Properties: - Do not alter or manipulate photos except for cropping, red eye removal and/or adjustment of contrast and brightness. Try to ensure that the photo is greater than 2MB but no larger than 4MB with high resolution. Files must be safe and virus free. Suggestions to get you started:- Scenic photos of the facility/location: Share the natural beauty of State Parks and Federal lands through your lens and show why this is such a great place to visit! - Recreation areas and amenities: Recreation areas, beaches, trails, pavilions, etc – show us the places where activities happen. - Landmarks and historical structures in the facility: Show what makes these places unique and special. - Campsites: Take a snapshot of your campsite and send it over! Please include the site number or we will not be able to use your photo. Flagging Photos by Consumer:Emails can be sent here to report any photos that are deemed inappropriate.
