2023 Reservation Season Information

2023 Reservation Season: May 1 through September 30
Outside of the season, all campsites revert to first come, first served (aka walk-in).

Booking Opens:
Wyoming residents may begin booking campsites up to 120 days prior to arrival. Non-residents may begin booking up to 113 days prior to arrival.

Reservation Fees:
Residents = $4 Non-Residents = $8

Fee Payment:
Fees for day use and camping are charged per vehicle. A reservation pays for only one vehicle and any additional vehicles must pay on arrival at a booth or self-pay station.

Refund Policy:
Full refunds (minus the reservation fee) will be offered for cancellations made on or before the day of arrival. No refunds will be given for unused days/nights if a visitor leaves early. Annual permits are non-refundable (includes daily use, camping, ORV, and Snowmobile). Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is required upon arrival. Check-in is after 3:00 pm, check out is before 11:00 am. For late arrivals, contact the park at least 12 hours prior to arrival.

18 Day Holds:
In an effort to prevent users from circumventing the booking rules, an 18 day hold on date changes will apply to reservations made at the maximum booking date of 120/113 days. After the 18th day, date changes will be permitted as usual.

No-Show Reservations Cancelled:
If someone does not show up for their reservation by 11 am the day following arrival (no-show), their reservation is not automatically cancelled. Wyo Parks staff have to physically visit the site to confirm it is empty then go into the system to cancel the reservation. This requires staff time and delays the site becoming available for others! Please be courteous and cancel your reservation if you will not use it.

  • No glass containers outside of vehicles and camping units.

  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times

  • Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6 AM. Generators must be off

  • Campsites must be occupied nightly

  • Campsites are non-transferrable. Guest ID may be checked by site staff to validate booked reservation

  • One camping unit (+ one extra tent for family members only) and 2 vehicles allowed per site unless the vehicles do not fit within the confines of the designated site.

  • NO-SHOW POLICY: Please contact the Park if you will be arriving late. A reservation will be considered a no-show if you have not arrived by 11am the day after your scheduled arrival. If you do not show by 11 am, your campsite will be cancelled and no refund will be issued

  • While most campsites in Keyhole State Park open for reservations 120 days prior to arrival for residents, and 113 days prior for non-residents, all campsites in the Homestead Campground are on a 14-day reservation window. This means they do not open for reservations until 14 days before bookable dates.
