New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation manages over 73 state parks, campgrounds, historic sites, natural areas and thousands of miles of trails. Pennsylvania State Parks are great places for outdoor activities - camping, boating, fishing, hiking or attending environmental education programs. You can find peace and quiet, have a picnic, or watch a sunset. Rhode Island offers five campgrounds with over 1000 campsites located in woodland and beach settings, on freshwater lakes and within minutes of Rhode Island's beautiful saltwater beaches. The sites range from primitive to developed sites with electric, water and sewer hookups. Texas State Parks offer diverse landscapes and cultural destinations for a variety of outdoor and educational adventures. Life is better outside in a Texas State Park! Firefly Reservations is a cloud-based reservation management solution designed for RV parks and campgrounds. The software lets customers make and pay for reservations online, and allows users to automate a variety of tasks such as sending emails and collecting payments for reservations & utilities.
Firefly Reservations enables the management of short term and long term reservations. Users can create interactive maps of their campground or RV park to display unit availability. Customers can select units and make reservations online through the custom-branded reservation portal, which can be linked to through a button embedded in existing websites. Automated emails allows users to communicate confirmations, reservation information, payment reminders, and other important notices with customers through customizable templates.
Firefly Reservations supports recurring and scheduled payments for monthly guests, storage unit fees, and other regular charges. Utilities can also be recorded and billed through the system, and one-off transactions can be processed through the built-in point of sale (POS). A self-serve kiosk lets customers check themselves in and make payments outside of office hours, and a guest portal for guests to mange their reservation, update payment methods, make payments, and view payment history at any time.
