Cancellations or Transfers
To change an arrival or departure date and/or a site type, please call ReserveAmerica at 877-422-6762 at least 1 business day prior to the arrival date. A $10.00 fee will be charged for changes to reservations.
If a reservation is cancelled, a $10.00 fee will be charged. Cancellations made on the day of arrival must be made by contacting the campground and will result in the loss of the first night's camping fee plus the $10.00 cancellation fee. Fees will be deducted from any refunds due or will be added to future reservations. Check or money order transaction will not be refunded for amounts of $5.00 or less. If a customer leaves early from their stay, they must check-out at the contact station.
If you are unable to arrive on your acheduled arrival date, you must call the campground. Failure to contact the park by 8:00 A.M. the following morning may result in your campsite being reassigned to another camper and forfeiture of all fees paid.
