Reservations are accepted up to eleven (11) months in advance of the current date. The check-in date determines the earliest point at which a reservation can be made, even if the reservation extends into a subsequent period for which reservations are not yet being accepted.

All reservations requested less than 3 days in advance must be made directly through the respective park. (Certain operations/facilities will require that reservations be made directly through the respective park, regardless of timeframe. Reservations that necessitate exceptions to standard procedures or special billing arrangements may require direct contact through the respective park, as well.)

An individual, 18 years of age or older, can make up to five (5) reservations per contact session (via the Internet, call center, or park) provided the required deposits (50% for Lodging; 100% for Camping/Day-use Facilities) are paid accordingly and such reservations do not violate length-of-stay guidelines. Reservations made on behalf of another party must also reflect the name of that individual.

Subleasing is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will incur fees and penalties according to the following schedule:

Lodging
> With 30+ days notice, there will be a $10 handling fee.
> Within 15-29 days, a one night's charge will be applied.
> Within 0-14 days, your entire deposit will not be refunded.

Camping
> With 15+ days notice, there will be a $10 handling fee.
> Within 4-14 days, a one night's charge will be applied.
> Within 0-3 days, your entire deposit will not be refunded.

Day Use
> With 15+ days notice, there will not be any penalty charged.
> Within 4-14 days, a $10 handling fee will be applied.
> Within 0-3 days, your entire deposit will not be refunded.

Refunds due will be processed via the same method by which the deposit was paid.

Transfers, Changes and Early Departures are also subject to certain handling fees and penalties.

Transaction/Reservation fees are non-refundable.
