Cancellations or Transfers

Changes to arrival or departure dates and/or site types must be made at least 1 day prior to your arrival date and will incur a $10 change fee. If a reservation is cancelled, a $10.00 fee will be charged. Cancellations made on the day of arrival must be made by contacting the campground and will result in the loss of the first night's camping fee plus the $10.00 cancellation fee. Fees will be deducted from any refunds due or will be added to future reservations. If a customer leaves early from their stay they must check out at the contact station and ask for a refund.

NO SHOWS

If unable to arrive on scheduled arrival date, you must call the campground. Failure to contact the park by 8:00 A.M. the following morning, will result in your reservation being cancelled and forfeiture of all fees paid.

Additional Fee Information

* A legislated Preservation Trust surcharge applies to each camping night. The funds collected will directly benefit the facility. Nickerson's surcharge applies to non-residents only.

** For group campsites large enough to accommodate more than 25 people, there will be an additional charge of $1 per person, per night collected at check-in.

Pavilion, Picnic Areas and Meeting Rooms

Pavilion, Picnic Area and Meeting Room reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to the date you wish to arrive. Changes to your reservation date must be made at least 1 day prior to your arrival date and will incur a $10 change fee. Cancellations prior to your arrival must be made 1 day prior to your arrival date. A $10 cancellation fee and the reservation transaction charge are not refundable.

IMPORTANT: The pavilion fee does not include per vehicle parking fees, which must be paid upon arrival. A Reservation does not guarantee parking for your guests. Please plan accordingly as many day use areas fill up rather quickly.
