DescriptionD.L. Bliss State Park borders Emerald Bay State Park to the north. It features one of the finest beaches in the Lake Tahoe region. Alerts and Important Information D.L. Bliss, Donner Memorial, Emerald Bay, Sugar Pine Point and Tahoe SRA are OPEN during the winter for hiking and snowshoeing, but these parks are CLOSED to camping beginning mid-September (varies by park).
Discount Pass must be presented at the time of check in.
Your DMV Disabled Placard/License Plate does not automatically give you a discount on your campsite. You will need to obtain a CA State park-issued Disabled Discount Pass (DDP) or Distinguished Veterans Pass (DVP). D.L. Bliss State Park is site specific, you select your site at the time you make your reservation.
WARNING!! Trailers/RVs must be 18 feet or less to reserve a site in this park. Any trailer/RV longer than 18 feet is not allowed at this park.
This park is above 6,200-ft elevation. Campsite availability is subject to unpredictable and adverse weather conditions including snow closures, which may result in cancelled reservations. Campers are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and camping gear for cold weather conditions.
