Lovely rock and water gardens accent the well manicured grounds. You're welcome to pick a tomato or two. At Mabel's Creekside Cafe, fill up with a homemade dinner from April to October. Enjoy homemade crab cakes, barbecue dinners, kids' meals and more. On summer weekends enjoy breakfast. You also can take part in theme weekends during busy summer months. In August, this KOA holds an annual reenactment of the Civil War. Antietam, Gettysburg and Harpers Ferry Civil War battlegrounds are nearby. Shop antique malls and hike/bike along the C&O Canal.
