Forest Lake RV Camping is located on 305 acres in the heart of the Piedmont region, full of forests, rolling hills and green fields all of which were once part of the Cooleemee cotton and tobacco plantation. The resort sits on the banks of the Yadkin River, which offers guests fishing, swimming, boating, and beach activities. You’ll see much wildlife at our RV campground including deer, turkey, squirrel, many species of hawk, and lots of game fish.
All of our RV sites have full hook-ups for your comfort and convenience. Don’t have an RV? No problem! Forest Lake also has18 cozy cabins for rent.
Many miles of trails are accessible for hiking, biking, horseback riding and golf carting. Close to Forest Lake RV Camping, the town of Lexington is home to one of the South’s largest food festivals – the Lexington Barbeque Festival – enjoyed by over 100,000 folks in late October.
