(April 5, 2013) CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Pardon Our Dust! Construction of park improvements will continue through the spring at Milburn Landing. The new bath house is now open to the public. Milburn Landing sites 1-15 will remain closed until Memorial Day Weekend to establish grass and tree plantings. Milburn Landing Launch Ramp will be closed for a two week period during the end of April or early May so pier replacements can be constructed. Shad Landing is open with full services if you are seeking an alternative. Thank you for your patience.
POOL (Shad Landing):
Entrance fee is $4 per person for campers; $6 per person for day-use; and $3 per person youth group with pool reservation.
The pool operators from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Reduced hours during off-peak times in early June and late August.
Pool operates Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesday) mid-June through mid-August, Contact Park for pool hours: 410-632-2566, Ext. 109.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet time will be maintained in the campground area from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
GOLDEN AGE PASS:
Persons 62 years of age and older with Maryland Park Service Golden Age Pass are entitled to half-price camping, Sunday - Thursday, excluding Holidays. Display of Golden Age Pass will be required upon check-in. Additional service charges will be applied if unable to provide proof of valid pass. Golden Age Pass requires a $10 fee. DAMAGE TO STATE PROPERTY:
All registered campers will be held responsible for any damage to state property that occurs during the time of your stay. Damage includes destruction and defacement resulting from both willful actions (vandalism) and the misuse or overuse of facilities. Damage charges will be assessed accordingly to the degree of damage.
ALCOHOL POLICY:
The consumption or possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage will be prohibited in the park with the exception of interior areas of motorhomes. Additional Alcohol Policy Information can be found at:

CAMPSITE OCCUPANCY:
No more than 6 persons may occupy a single campsite. At least one person on each site must be 18 years or older.
CAMPER REGISTRATION:
Milburn Landing campers must self-register at the Headquarters Building between 3:00 pm and 9:30 pm. All equipment must be set up by 10:00 pm.

EQUIPMENT:
Space is limited on all campsites. All camping equipment, including tents, screen rooms, and campers must be set up on the camp pad. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted on a single campsite. Vehicles must be parked on the campsite driveway. Overflow parking is available outside the camp loop.
CAMPING PERMITS:
Camping permits may be revoked and campers may be evicted for violation of park rules and regulations.
PRICING:
All prices are subject to change without notice and reservation fees, as well as cancellation fees are non-refundable.
FIREWOOD RESTRICTION:
Due to the threat of the Emerald Ash Borer, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources has prohibited bringing non-local firewood into all state parks. Please do not bring firewood with you when visiting a DNR property. Firewood may be collected or purchased at the park.

MINIMUM STAY:
There is a two night minimum stay (Friday/Saturday) and a three night minimum holiday weekend stay (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
