Martin Cottage: Two bedroom cabin, one double bed, two single beds, maximum capacity four. There is a large living room, screened front porch with rocking chairs, a back deck, a lantern hanger, a picnic table, and a pedestal grill. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove, automatic drip coffee maker, toaster, basic set of pots and pans, dish detergent, and dish towels. Cabins have no TV, telephone, dishwasher, washer or dryer. Customers should bring their own toiletries, food, coffee filters, favorite baking dish if plans include special cooking (e.g., Thanksgiving and Christmas). linens and towels, which are not changed daily, are provided per person. Quiet hours are from 10pm through 6am. Only overnight guests are allowed in the park after 10pm. Visitors are charged daily parking, launching and swimming fees.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Non-Virginia residents pay a higher rate than Virginia Residents.
