Smoking is not allowed in the cabins. There is a maximum of two cars per two-bedroom cabin and three cars for the three-bedroom cabin, and additional parking is very limited and not guaranteed. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, coffeemaker, dishes, dishcloth, dish towels, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, microwave oven, toaster, electric can-opener. You may wish to bring food, dish detergent, extra dish towels, coffee filters, coffee, salt and pepper, nonstick cooking spray, body wash/soap, extra bath towels, books, board games, cards, and an extra blanket or pillow. The living area has a fold-out sofa, dinging table, and benches. Bedrooms include beds, nightstands, dresser, closet with hangers, and a clock radio. Linens are provided but not changed daily. Cabins have rustic furniture, are climate controlled (heat and air conditioning). and have ceramic tile floors with carpeted bedrooms. There is no dishwasher, phone, washer or dryer. TV and VCR rentals are available to cabin guests. There is also no cell phone service in the cabin area. Cabins do not have fireplaces, but have wood stoves. A picnic table and charcoal pedestal grill are available in the yard beside the cabin. Each cabin has one boat slip. Boat trailers must be parked at the overflow parking lot. Guests arriving after the office has closed will find information on how to access their cabin in the late-arrival box just outside the visitor center. Check in at the park office the next morning. Out of respect for cabin guests, large gatherings and camping are not allowed in the cabin area. Quiet hours are from 10pm through 6am. Only overnight guests are allowed in the park after 10pm. Visitors are charged daily parking, launching and swimming fees.
