Maximum 75 people allowed; includes overnight and day use guests.
Base rate includes the first 25 overnight guests; $8.00 per person thereafter.
Visitors are required to display a $5.00 day use pass or annual pass; a valid camping receipt is also accepted.
Day visitors must leave by 10:00 pm.
Parking limited to 30 vehicles. One overnight vehicle pass will be issued for every three overnight guests, with a maximum of 25 passes. If there are more than 30 vehicles, group will be asked to move them outside of the park.
The New Ranch provides 23 bunk beds in the loft and 2 in a separate room on the ground floor. The bottom bunks are wide enough to sleep two persons. The top bunk is wide enough for only one. If your group can sleep two persons on the lower bunks, the maximum overnight capacity is 75. If your group can sleep only one person in the lower bunks, the maximum overnight capacity is 50. Please plan accordingly.
Wooden bunkbeds - Bring your own bedding, mattress, sleeping bags.
RVs are no longer allowed at the New Ranch.
Up to 10 tents will be allowed in designated areas only.
Centered fireplace is the only source of heat. Wood is $75 per rack or you may bring your own. Firewood collecting is prohibited.
Restrooms available on site. No showers. Showers may be taken at overnight campground located one mile away. Parking is limited.
Group leaders please check in at the overnight registration booth upon arrival to the park. Each group must be checked in and out by a park employee.
Visitors are responsible for cleaning the facility prior to checkout. If you would like a detailed list of all cleaning requirements, please contact the park.
Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 1:00 pm.
Pets are prohibited inside the New Ranch.
Special Activity Request forms are required for:
Amplified sound, Vehicle access to building or shelter, Day Use entrance fee group tally, Use of recreational equipment (dunk tank, inflatable gym, etc), Bulk alcohol (container greater than 5 gallons).
May require a Certificate of Liability for some activities.
Acitivities such as bringing in tables and chairs for a wedding, setting up any temporary structures, etc., would require you to obtain liability insurance.
Please check with the park in advance with any questions regarding liability.
Request forms must be approved before using park facilities. Please plan accordingly.

Cancellation and Change Policy for Special Facilities-
Cancellations made one month to the day prior to arrival will receive a refund of all camping fees. For cancellations made less than one month to the day of arrival OPRD retains the first night fees. Changes made one month or more to the day of arrival incur a $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five days that are later changed to fewer days will be charged a fee equal to the daily site fee for each day canceled as well as the $8 transaction fee. Changes are not allowed within one month of arrival. If the last day to change falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until 5 p.m. on the following business day to change your reservation.
Reservation and transaction fees are non-refundable.
