PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
All rooms are smoke free.
No cooking allowed in, or around cabins.
Pets are strictly prohibited, with the exception of service animals. PLEASE LEAVE ALL PETS AT HOME!
Maximum 2 people in Cabins 1 and 2.
Cabin parking area is 220 feet away. A cart is provided for gear. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed at no extra charge.
No tents, trailers or RV’s of any kind are allowed in the cabin area.
Check in 4 PM, check out 1 PM.
Cabin offers:
One double bed, linens and towels, electrical outlets and alarm clock. Sink and toilet in cabin. Showers are nearby. Daily housekeeping is provided.
No table and chairs.
Cabin 1 and 2 have small porches.

The yurt or cabin that you are about to reserve requires a key to gain access. Please stop by the Conference Center Office upon check in to receive your key. After hours, your key may be picked up at the dining hall. After 9PM, you may pick up your key at the residence to the left of the office.

Cancellation and Change Policy for Special Facilities-
Cancellations made one month to the day prior to arrival will receive a refund of all camping fees. For cancellations made less than one month to the day of arrival OPRD retains the first night fees. Changes made one month or more to the day of arrival incur a $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five nights that are later changed to fewer nights will be charged a fee equal to the nightly site fee for each night canceled as well as the $8 transaction fee. Changes are not allowed within one month of arrival. If the last day to change falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until 5 p.m. on the following business day to change your reservation.
Reservation and transaction fees are non-refundable.
