Description

Santos Campground is located on the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway. This portion of the greenway is best known for mountain bike trails. Over 30 miles of trails with three levels of difficulty are available to accommodate beginners to experts. The Santos trailhead draws riders from all over the state and country to experience what many call the best bike trails in Florida. In addition to bicycle trails, the Florida Trail Association hiking trail and equestrian and wagon trails are marked and maintained between Santos and County Road 475A.

The campground gates closes at 6:00 p.m. during daylight savings time. Late arrivals should call the park before 5:00 p.m. local time to get the gate combination.

FROM OCALA, GO SOUTH ON HWY 27/441/301, APPROX 5 MILES SOUTH FROM OCALA, TURN WEST ONTO SE 80TH STREET, CAMPGROUND ON SOUTH SIDE OF 80TH STREET.

FROM I-75 N. EXIT 341, EAST 484, 2.2MILES, LEFT CR 475, 5.8 MILES, RIGHT SE 80TH ST, 2.4 MILES.
